Private Training

Private training is designed to enhance individual needs and skill development. Training sessions are typically 1 hour long but can be modified to fit your schedule. Whatever your needs, self defense or fitness, personal instruction during a private session will help you meet your goals and extend your potential. Contact us to set up your private session.

Fridays and Saturdays are planned for specialized seminars, testing and instructor development training. Other private training can be scheduled during the day and weekends as needed.
